62 On the Park is an apartment complex on the corner of Tremont and Boylston Streets, across the street from the Boston Commons where Midtown meets Boston's Theatre District. The 62 Boylston building began life as the Hotel Touraine, which opened in 1897. Today managed by The Hamilton Company, the building has undergone many renovations since then and the former hotel units have since been converted into apartments. Despite the addition of modern amenities, 62 On the Park has not lost its historical architecture and charm.
62 On the Park offers studio apartments as well as one-bedroom apartments with renovated kitchens and bathrooms and central air. Studio apartments range from 420 to 455 square feet, while the one-bedroom apartments are 545 to 800 square feet. Some apartments feature original fireplaces left in place as a decorative feature. 62 On the Park is located nearby silver, green, red, and orange MBTA lines for convenience. The building offers on-site management, 24-hour concierge services, and a laundry facility on each floor. Along with apartments, 62 Boylston Street has retail and restaurant space on the ground floor.
